I was a client of Better Image for several years. Everything went well for that time . I really don’t know what went wrong. I always ordered my hair through the business. But several times my hair wasn’t ordered when I placed my order.( which I found out from a reliable source) . The owner lied to me about this. Leaving me wearing not the best hair. Her excuse was she just couldn’t get any systems. I went on line that day and ordered 4 new systems for a much cheaper price. They arrived at my home 4 days later . I don’t think anyone that owns a service oriented business should treat their clients in this way . I now order my hair on line at half the price. The business I use now assures me it is a very good system. So consider this when using this business

Incredible. I struggled with a large spot on my head where the hair wouldn’t grow back- I thought I was just going to live with it forever. The ladies here have changed everything for me- While my hair was growing, they attached an “extension” that looked completely natural- you can’t tell that it’s not my own hair. It added more volume and made me 1000% more self confident- and now they’re helping me take care of my own hair in a place on my head where I thought I’d never have any. They have a free meeting for women with hair loss issues once a month, and they offer support during your whole treatment. I’m not a generally emotional person, but I cried at my first visit with them when I realized that something that I hated was completely fixable- and they’ve proven with their services that it is. If you even have questions, call them- they will do a consultation, they’re not pushy, and it has honestly changed my life

I have used many other Hair Restoration Places but Better Image is the Best! They use quality products and they’ll treat you with great care. They back their word and work! Contact Michele, many can’t even tell I wear hair. She does a great job!! Highly recommend this place and it’s affordable too!
