Very disappointed…me and my girlfriend made an appointment for two people a week ahead, facial for her and body massage for me (spoke to Lavvy) and confirmation was done a day before. The day we went for our appointment, the desk clerk tells us only facial is available and unable to do the body massage because nothing was scheduled for this. I prepared myself and expected to have a relaxing massage for this day and just resulted to upsetting moment which I just stayed and waited for long hour. “What the heck”!!!
