Maria is an excellent massage therapist! I came in for a rotated pelvis and persistent knots in my neck which cause headaches. Her integrated technique helped both in those areas and the other parts of my body which has been compensating for my pain. I didn’t even realize how tense and knotted the back of my thighs were.

I went in for a deep tissue massage for my lower left back. I think I pulled my quadratics lumborum or one of my erector spinae group from weight lifting. Maria listened to my concerns, adjusted pressure and focus for different massage applications, and had a wide variety of modalities and techniques at her disposal. I can say after my massage my back and hips had way more mobility than before. After a day or two from the massage, my muscle tissue felt like it released tension and soreness and I almost feel back to normal. Her table had shoulder support which I have never experienced before while laying prone which felt very supportive and put my shoulders in a more protected position instead of rolling forward. Next time I go in I want to try getting my back walked on and possibly some Thai massage. Thank you for your targeted work and relief you gave me Maria!
