I called once during business hours with no answer and a second time they just hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Zero customer service skills. I don’t really use Better Bodies, but my daughter gets her haircut here by Jessica Sanchez. I will say the few times I’ve taken her to get her haircut, Jessica does an amazing job. She’s great with the cutting and she’s very friendly and makes it easier for my daughter to be comfortable. If you want a good cut, I’d recommend checking out Better Bodies.
