Nails were not even, french tip was absolutely rough, as in not even AT ALL , glitter they added underneath looks absolutely terrible as in you can’t see it. When asking for a nail extension he practically said i shouldn’t do it so stupidly enough i listened. overall this was just bad. The girl nail artist are probably good but don’t ever get the guy(not talking about the owner).

Went in to get my nails done with gel. 2 days later the polish was coming off. I called them to fix it went in and same thing within the next 4 days the gel polish was chipping.

I came here for the 1st time two weeks ago because my usual nail place was closed. They did a great job on my nails and saw me right away even though they were busy and I was just a walk in. That is why I am giving them a 3 star. Their customer service was also great, but within 3 days of getting my nails done the nail polish began to chip and i always get jail and this never happens. Within a week my nails actually started to break. So yesterday I went back, again as a walk in and they were nice enough to take me and fix the nails that chipped and the one that broke. I asked the nail tech if my nails would break even faster since she was using the machine to just take off my gel polish but wasn’t giving me a fill she said no they would be just fine. Today I was getting in my car and right away one of my nails broke. I am so beyond frustrated. Where I usually go my nails usually last me about 3 to 4 weeks before I even have to get a fill. I always wear my nails long and always get gel and they rarely break let alone chip. I wanted to give this place a 5 star do to great customer service but my nails both times broke way too easily so I had to give them a 3 star. Sorry for the long winded review.
