I had the most PLEASANT EXPERIENCE ever! Emily Bloom is not your average stylist! She’s highly qualified and her her level of expertise with Brazilian Blow outs & color made my hair amazing! Not to mention how welcoming she and the staff makes you feel ! I’ve been to salons where my stylist said a hand full of words to me during my visit….Bottom line to me is that many places offer the same services. Friendliness, kindness and trying to give exactly the service you need to make you happy w/o being money driven are RARE. Extremely rude. Poor attitude when responding to a question about taking a walk-in appointment . The lady was on her phone looked up and she was booked, then continued to talk on the phone. Did not try to schedule me an appointment or anything. When I asked if she had anything later she said she was booked and too busy. Again, did not say anything about what was available at a later date and continued to talk on the phone with a personal conversation.
