Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI first started coming here for my friend and everytime her hair was BOMB so I decided on my next visit I would do mine and WOW SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I just showed her a picture and I let her do her thing. I’m currently doing my hair again with her now and I completely trust her. Service is always professional nice and very accommodating. I first started coming here for my friend and everytime her hair was BOMB so I decided on my next visit I would do mine and WOW SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I just showed her a picture and I let her do her thing. I’m currently doing my hair again with her now and I completely trust her. Service is always professional nice and very accommodating. i have been come to beth salon for almost a year now and i can honestly say i love this place.

Critical: Quality, ValueSo I meet Beth through someone who recommended me to her. I spoke with her about prices and the type of hair I wanted. On Wednesday September 9th, 2020 I met her to get my hair done. When she was putting the extensions, they were frizzy with blonde tips and I am a natural brunette. They didn’t eveb look silky and shiny. They looked dry, brittle and frizzy as if it was worn before. I didn’t think anything of it until, I had the extensions on and they tangled up right away. The were giving me nots and coming out constantly even taking a shower or being in the car caressing my hair. Overtime they look stringy. There was a point on Oct 8 I had to go back to the salon because some of that hair came off and to take the nots off. She was blaming on me, but I told her I bought brush specifically for the extensions. So she still wanted to sell her line of hair products thinking that would fix the poor quality of hair that she put on me. They were damaging and ruining my natural straight hair. On October 30, I wanted to take them out so I texted her showing pictures how notted it was if I can come on Monday, but 24 hrs before the appointment I canceled due to school so I wanted to reschedule on Tuesday. She said she would let me know if she can on Tuesday ever since that she didn’t give any effort to get in contact with me after that. So I looked somewhere else to fix my hair. The other salon I went, let me know that these extensions are poor quality they didn’t even properly cut and burn the tips to put a good holding of glue that’s why on the tenth day my extensions started to fall off. The lady let me know they were used extensions and that Beth tried me. So I meet Beth through someone who recommended me to her. I spoke with her about prices and the type of hair I wanted. On Wednesday September 9th, 2020 I met her to get my hair done. When she was putting the extensions, they were frizzy with blonde tips and I am a natural brunette. They didn’t eveb look silky and shiny.
