My mom, daughter and myself decided to have a nail day. We were walk in’s and they got to us all before they closed at 7pm. I would say this is the best salon I’ve been to. They didn’t rush while working and they didn’t hurt me at all. My design is exactly what I asked for. The girl who did my nails it was her first time doing dip manicure and she did awesome. Everyone was polite and nice had good conversation with my tech also

How this place had such good ratings is a mystery! They must have gotten their “besties” to write false reviews. From the moment we walked in, they had a bad attitude. I thought maybe it was just the one girl, but every girl in the place had an attitude. We were willing to look past that, but it just got worse. When we got there they told us to pick a color and then left but there are no bottles of nail polish at the front. There are some plastic things that you are supposed to pick from, just some but not the others but you have no way of knowing that. The people that came in after us made the same mistake because there was no direction given to them, just… Pick a color. I got a pedicure and the person doing the pedicure was hurting me and she blamed me because she said my toenails were too short and then she told me not to ever cut them at home. I also had some ingrown parts on my big toes which I told her and she did not address that very well saying she couldn’t because I cut my nails too short. On to the pedicure, I told them when I arrived I wanted my nails buffed. I have lines on my nails and I usually get those filed down a little bit and then buffed to a shine. This girl told me they did not have any equipment to buff them so instead she sanded them down and left them rough. My nails are also crooked. She couldn’t even get those right. As I was leaving her friendly advice was to not ever cut my nails at home because they need to be done a special way. I’ve been cutting my nails since before this girl was born so I let her know that I would be cutting my nails at home and that no one at a nail salon has ever told me anything like that. Now I will be going to CVS pharmacy to get a buffing tool to fix the horrible job that she did on my nails that I paid $22 for. The manicure was $32 and was extremely sub par also, when she hurriedly put lotion on my hands, she did not bother to take off my rings so now I have lotion inside of my rings that I have to clean.

Went in today for a pedicure. The staff was so warm and friendly. I as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and an offer of something to drink. They did a fantastic job! The salon has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! Great to have a new salon so close to home.

I was offered water or a soda as soon as I signed in. The girls made professional recommendations, I chose to go a different route, but they were gracious and kind about it. I chose a color and didn’t have to wait very long. The acrylics were put on at the length and the shape of my choice. I was asked several times during the steps if I wanted anything corrected or different, to ensure my satisfaction. I was in and out in a timely manor and my nails look great! Highly recommend! (pro tip: save $2 by paying & tipping with cash!)
