I would’ve rather given 0 stars, but you have to give at least 1. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life. On top of that I came in for a pedicure—which lasted for 12 minutes in total. 12 FREAKIN MINUTES. First of all, the woman doing my nails wouldn’t shut up about her questions of why I shave instead of wax. Which is none of her business, might I add. Then she continued to point out the 1 teeny tiny hair that I must have missed. Talk about awkward. If that’s not enough, she continued to poke around about why I have a scratch on me ankle. Um???? Because I have a scratch, that’s why. NEVER AGAIN.

Followed Khloe from her previous salon for eye lash extensions. After my first visit Khloe then took a 4 week vacation over the holiday. I waited for her to return and they charged me $30 extra for a new set instead of a fill in. It wasn’t in my control that she wasn’t available during that time. When I told them I didn’t agree they didn’t care. You don’t like it don’t come back.

Got an SNS manicure (powder dip, which is supposed to last two weeks) and it lasted for about 2 days before it started to chip. I went back to have the first chipped nail fixed, and waited about a half hour to be taken care of. It’s been 3 days since I went back and 4 more nails are chipped significantly… to the point where the entire manicure needs to be redone.

Wow. I never get my nails done, I decided to treat myself before New Years. The lady told me that UV tips are $100 but they’d last longer and look more natural than acrylic tips. So I asked for ombre and for over the next two hours, I was witnessing two of them improvising with a sponge on my nails. My cuticles were bleeding and in pain, they had debris from the sponge on my nails and denied it, they even got paint on my skin. Ultimately, they asked if I liked it and I told them honestly no and they told me to come back. I come back and they re-paint my nails to a simple solid color, further destroying my cuticles and after 3 days my first nail broke. After 2 more days they started flying off. I was not going to waste my time to go back to a place that already wasted 4 hours of my life total between my two trips, they didn’t even have the decency to offer a discount or make my nails look NOT basic, considering that it was such an inconvenience to make 2 trips, forget about making a third. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. There are plenty of nicer places. Do yourself a favor, you’d save yourself the time, money, grief, and cuticle pain! I will post pictures soon with what I asked if they could do, what they did, and how they tried to fix it upon the second visit.
