Under new ownership and the artist is definitely new to the trade. She doesn’t press the thread into the skin therefore cutting the hairs instead of pulling them- not a clean service and will grow back quickly. She lacks hand control as well, even threaded under my nose during my eyebrow service… would not recommend this place without Sandy!

If the owner is reading this Sarah or whoever was working on Saturday December 17th needs to be fired. She not only did a terrible job, but didn’t listen to anything I said about my brows. used to love going here to get my eyebrows done but they are under new management and ot just isn’t the same! the person who did my eyebrows was unprofessional, rude, and seemed a bit under skilled to be doing eyebrows honestly. i asked to only have my brows cleaned up a tad & definitely left with the worst looking eyebrows i have ever had. she asked if i wanted another hair removal service and i said no & explained i get that area waxed and then she brought it up two more times & even went the extra mile to call the additional threadist to come look at my facial hair and pointed to it until she acknowledged it. i am not exaggerating when i say that this was the worst experience i have ever had in a salon. would rate zero if possible 🙁
