They know which body parts are tight, know how to use from their finger tips to the foot with the right amount of pressure to make them relaxed. definitely will visit again at any chance.

Had a 90 minute deep tissue with Nancy today. She was WONDERFUL. I’ve gotten many, many massages over the years—this was hands down one of the best I’ve ever received. She was very knowledgeable and found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I had! The pressure was perfect and she was great about checking in with me about that during the massage. The place was clean, well organized, and the service fantastic. I’ll be back for sure.

I have been here twice in the last month and I plan to go back regularly. I like the Thai Deep treatment. The combination of traditional Thai techniques and Western deep tissue work really loosens up both muscles and joints. The Thai acupressure/deep tissue work gets down deep into muscles to provide maximum relaxation and loosening of tight, tired muscles. The passive stretching creates for me more flexibility of hip, knee, and shoulder joints and as a result I have less pain and discomfort in these joints with physical activity and during sleep. I have received massage therapy elsewhere in the Santa Cruz area and I give Best Thai Spa my highest recommendation.
