I went in to see Big John and he was not there because he had to pick up some equipment. He came highly recommended so I waited. He comes in all jovial and immediately took my fear away. I got a nose piercing and it was so quick I did not know he did it!!! I love big John but also the cleanliness and sanitation habits!!!! I will be back!!!

Took my daughter here for her ear piercing (6yrs old) since I’ve been before with a great experience getting my belly done and a tattoo years ago. They were amazing ! Very kind and patient dealing with my daughter who got a bit nervous. Waiting time and check in was quick – we were in and out in about 30 minutes. My Little one left SO HAPPYY!!!

I can’t recommend Best of Times enough! We had John as our piercer and he couldn’t have been more patient, kind, comforting, and accommodating. I love this place. I got a piercing from an unreliable source and needless to say the ring was too small and my lip started to swell. I called around and no one could do it. I even went to the emergency care. John removed my jewelry and replaced it with as little pain possible. I’m keeping this as my piercing shop from now on and I headed in work some ink as well. I got an industrial piercing, I don’t know what Big John did or how he did it but it wasn’t as painful as when I got my other ear done. Also it was extremely quick. I mentioned I should have brought a stress ball with me too squeeze on and he pulled one out of nowhere lol I’d definitely go back
