I had a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in my nail tech was rushed to get my manicure and pedicure over with. When I mentioned wanting a design she seemed reluctant. I understand if nail design is not your best strong suit but I wish she was upfront with me about not being able to do it. I’ve been to other salons that have offered other nail techs to do my nails because they are better suited for the nails I would like. I also got a very lackluster massage. All in all I wasted almost $100 to leave completely unsatisfied. My nails look like I did them myself. I’m sure this is not everyone’s experience as the salon is clean and big and there are good reviews but this was my experience.

not even an hr later my nail broke, i went back to fix it and the guy was getting all mad and everything that he had to fix my nail. my nails are completely different one hand has one shape the other one has a different shape. i had glue all over the side of my fingers and everything. never going back there every again. I have gotten many other powder dip manicures before and they last weeks. Within a week I had to go to another place and get them redone because they looked so horrible. Went there for the first time for a dip powder manicure. My nails were extremely lumpy and uneven. By two days later they were cracked and tinted. I have gotten many other powder dip manicures before and they last weeks. Within a week I had to go to another place and get them redone because they looked so horrible. Not to mention they charged $10 more than a local place in the area. Not worth the more expensive price for a bad job.
