The ladies at Best Nails are always very nice! I appreciate that they try to get everyone in and out as fast as possible without sacrificing their quality of service!! They are great about helping to match colors and designs of nails from Pinterest pictures that I usually pick out to save time and trying to figure out what I want when I get there lol

Me and a friend went there around 1pm to get a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was so worth it, and the lady was really nice. The nail tech though did not have a clue what she was doing. She really hurt my cuticles. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she said yes she could do it. I got nothing of what I wanted! She did what she could and wanted too. Charged me $100 oh did I mention we didn’t leave there till almost 10pm. Nail tech very unprofessional and definitely should be doing nails! Will only go back for pedicure.

Worst customer service. WORST Place to get a manicure and pedicure. I went to get manicure and pedicure on my day off and I received the worst customer services. The lady doing my pedicure did not finish it and had to leave, from there the other lady starts to do my nails and stops to give another person eyebrow services waited for another 10 minutes. Gave another person preferences and waited another 10 minutes. There Prices are ridiculously. Waited two hours to get a pedicure and manicure. Never coming back.

Worst experience had an appointment at 11:00 for full set didn’t get service til 12:15 nail tech job done horrible Lori just caked on acrylic and paint job wasn’t even neat . She also left in the middle of my nails to go pick up another worker so that prolonged my way and I didn’t leave the shop till 2:35

Mediocre at Best. This place is okay, however it is very dirty and cluttered. The language barrier is tough. A polish change was a hour + waiting for their promised “5 more minutes” and 25 dollars later. She took the length of my nails down to zero thing to get the shape correct. I had better faster and cheaper results at Wal-Mart.
