Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAlthough my nails look great, the person who did them was not focused when using the metal devices. He completely cut up my finger and it’s already becoming infected. It was bleeding quite a lot and he didn’t even apologize. He then proceeded to put a liquid on my finger and pressed on it hard and I almost cried. He didn’t even acknowledge directly to me that it had happened and the blood was pooling on my finger. Will not be going back and am really disappointed from the treatment. Although my nails look great, the person who did them was not focused when using the metal devices. He completely cut up my finger and it’s already becoming infected. It was bleeding quite a lot and he didn’t even apologize. He then proceeded to put a liquid on my finger and pressed on it hard and I almost cried. Positive: Quality, ValueI would’ve given 5 stars because i really do like my nails, however, i had an appointment at 12 and i sat in the chair until 12:30-45. The other girls i had come with had already been serviced. Also, my technician was watching something on his phone the whole time.
