This salon is wonderful. The thing I love most about this place is the care they take. No matter what the service, they take their time to make you feel pampered and comfortable. Every other place I go I notice how rushed the service is compared to Best Nails. They are kind and attentive. They do a nice job on my ingrown toenails and also do a wonderful full set.

the first time i went here my nails were amazing and i loved them. but i came here again yesterday and the man doing my nails looked like he didn’t even know what he was doing. he made them way too short then what i asked for and they’re crooked. i asked for a design and he said that they don’t do that there even though i got a design last time. i won’t be coming back to this nail salon as they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing.

I do not recommend this nail salon! The owner is rude and just wants easy money. I was the only person at the salon waiting for an acrylic refill when 5 people showed up for a pedicure. They started working on pedicures and forgot about me, eventually the owner told me he couldn’t finish the service because It was closing time. He did not paint my nails but still charge me full price. They are very unprofessional and dirty. His parents are always sleeping on the sofas, and they always talk about the customers in their language amongst themselves. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this nails salon, instead I suggest TNails on 221!

For the record, my wife gets her nails done here, not me. She’s been doing so since they opened and has nothing but praise for the staff. This is the one business providing this service in Forest that I know of. They have extremely flexible hours of service, so women who have 8-5 jobs or those who work at home can find a convenient time. My wife’s last visit was from 6:30-7:30 pm on Friday night, and she didn’t have to make an appointment.

Awful experience. A man did my Acrylic nails and he filed them for at least 20 minutes. He cracked my fingers by twisting them constantly and even when I said “ouch” he continued. My nails are too short now and the nails polish is uneven. I’m the middle of the store two employees got into an screaming match. I’m very very upset.
