I have never done the dip powder before. Yet I have seen others that have. I don’t think the lady did a good job at all. For starters she dipped the nail so many times they look like huge acrylic on my nails. She did not clean up my cuticles nor buff them out. Even though she charged me extra for it. I wanted a glossy finish not a matte finish. These nails just look horrible and I paid $50 for this.

Positive: Punctuality, ValueKim is SO quick doing services without sacrificing overall quality. Perfectly shaped almond nails and the acrylic isn’t bumpy or thick. She was the only one working and customers were filing in so I was going to skip an eyebrow wax after she finished my nails so she could move on but she didn’t let me leave without everything I had requested when I first walked in. Onlytook like 3 minutes on my eyebrows and turned out as well as they do at my normal place. Critical: ProfessionalismUsually Kim has been really nice but today she was so hateful and rude. I couldn’t believe how mean she was to me. I had gotten her to do a new set of nails last Friday for me and less than 4 days they was lifting. I called yesterday because I work till 7 all week. She said she didn’t take appointments on Sunday which I knew and was just going to ask what time I could get appointments for next week. She then said if I could come in before she opens on Sunday at 1030 she would fix my nails then. Got there at 1020 and she was already doing one client and had 2 others waiting. She was very rude and said sit down you will have to wait till I get other clients I told you no appointments on Sunday. I tried to keep polite and said but you are the one who told me to come in today at this time. I waited for few minutes and she came up near me and got rude again and I got up to leave, she said you make appointments for another time and I said no. She got rude again about situation and I said you don’t need to be rude and hateful and walked out. I looked back and she was waving her arms and pointing at me. I had gotten her to do a new set of nails last Friday for me and less than 4 days they was lifting. I called yesterday because I work till 7 all week. I was satisfied with my service, it was a communication error at first where I wanted a “manicure with tips” and got a manicure and then spoke up, about the set of tips, I ended up getting it straight shortly after but ended up waiting 2 hours from start to finish, the lady just stated “say full set next time and I will know”. So that’s what I’m going to do. She called me by name, delivery of service and durability is awesome, a little timely but worth it. The board said $5 for two designs on my nails but she charged me $8, so I took it out of her tip but other than that, I was happy. I always watch my money, will definitely be returning for continuous nail care until I become dissatisfied!!

Very friendly and well spoken …went to a couple places but I absolutely loved my experience here and my nails look great and I am very picky when it comes to my nails! Kim made time not only for my sister and I but other customer who came in needing a quick nail repair! They were a 2 person team today but worked together and got the job done! I’m very happy and will return in two weeks!
