Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThey are the best! I have been going to Best Nails for as long as I can remember. Everyone, especially Pam, is super friendly and always makes sure you’re comfortable and getting the services you want. I would recommend calling ahead if you want to come in just because sometimes it does get a bit backed up (as to be expected.) The longest I’ve ever waited is 20 minutes. They are the best! I have been going to Best Nails for as long as I can remember. Everyone, especially Pam, is super friendly and always makes sure you’re comfortable and getting the services you want. I came here and was amazed. This is truly is the BEST nails and spa. Best prices. Pam is one of the friendliest and kindest women out there! I recommend there Gel services considering they last forever and they are so cheap compared to places in the neighborhood.

Positive: QualityI am picky when it comes to getting full sets of any kind, I have been to countless salons trying to find “the one” and I have to say this is my new go to! They did an amazing job, exactly what I asked for, they are lasting better then most I have been to, they gave my daughter their time and patience to paint her little nails and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I over exam and hate when they are bumpy like they are not sanded properly or too long if I ask for short but these, these are perfect! I am picky when it comes to getting full sets of any kind, I have been to countless salons trying to find “the one” and I have to say this is my new go to! They did an amazing job, exactly what I asked for, they are lasting better then most I have been to, they gave my daughter their time and patience to paint her little nails and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I received powder dip manicure. They were friendly enough and the shop was clean. The manicure was awful. They stained my fingers and left chunks of powder on them . My fingernails were crooked when they were done and too short. I’ll never go back! Manicure

Just received very poor service here. I walked in a full hour before their posted closing time. This is and has always been ample time for a very basic mani-pedi. They did them both simultaneously in roughly 20 minutes, skipping steps and cutting corners on both services. My main goal of relaxation during a pedicure was not remotely possible the way they were working. I was still charged full price for half of their normal service. I was out right at 7. With drying time. I was so baffled that I even asked if they changed their closing time to 7. I was assured that they close at 7:30. And that I got in right in time…? Confused and extremely annoyed. Just say you can’t take me if you’re not going to actually perform service.. I would have 100% preferred that.
