Highly don’t recommend. Paid $90 for a new set with a simple flower design on the ring finger. I was so unhappy with the first design I went back and asked them to re-do it with maybe a simpler pattern. The technician messes up AGAIN on the second design and continues to blame me for it because I gave her a different picture than what she did (which was the whole problem in the first place) defeated I decided to leave with nails that I don’t enjoy.

Waited almost an hour, was told someone would help me, no one did. I was preparing to leave and finally got service. Then received a mediocre pedicure. The manager was happy to take payment but offered no apology. They were not busy, they just didn’t care. If my daughter had not been there I would have left sooner. It was a humiliating experience that I do not wish to experience again.

I have tried this nail salon on three different occasions. I keep hearing great things about this place but none of my experiences there live up to the hype. This last visit was probably my worst experience yet. I paid $60 for a dip manicure that was very uneven and I didn’t even get a massage at the end. I left there furious (and with dip stained fingers) questioning what I even just paid for??? The guy obviously just wanted to go home. I hate even leaving negative reviews but I have had too many bad experiences there not to warn others.

My favorite in Little Rock. I’ve given multiple chances to other salons that offer more luxurious experiences (wax, scrubs, etc.), but my nails always fall apart within days. While Best Nails doesn’t offer those services, my nails last for weeks and it’s always super affordable and fast. Only complaint is that the dip color selection is kind of limited.

Love going to get my nails done here. Vibe is great. Sometimes the nails can come out a bit thick, but the designs are always cute. All the techs are great, but my favorite so far has been Casandra.

I wanted to try a new Nail salon since I was in the area my first impression was this place is huge it’s so nice and clean I love it the atmosphere it feels welcoming ,the people they were nice to me they offer you a drink which was different to me I loved that part I had Ms lali do my pedicure she did a amazing job she was so sweet and calm and nice I definitely plan on going back and having just her do my pedicure but I’m pretty sure everybody else does a great job there too I loved it there .

The salon smelled wonderful. I asked for a milk and honey pedicure, $60.00. I do this one a lot where I am from, that said, yes there was milk and yes she did apply honey to my legs, but wrapped them in a warm towel. That was okay, I’m used to something different. For a 60.00 pedicure I was expecting more massage for my feet, and the paint job was marginal at best. There is nail polish all over my toes, the polish on my toes is uneven and not uniform. The technician was lovely, but I tipped her far more than I should have. More than likely I would not go back to this salon again.

Wonderful customer service and the nails turned out perfectly. They did chip a little bit sooner than they normally do with gel, but it was just a little bit on the sides and not noticeable at all. I will definitely return here the next time I want to get my nails done

This place is my go to acrylic nails experts. It’s also choice for getting my nails and toes done with my daughter and friends. Great customer service and we love that we can get pedicures while our daughters sit across from us and get pedicures too. It’s a real treat for them and relaxing for us. They have many little kids pedicure seats that sit directly across from adult pedicure seats. Great layout!
