got the gel manicure and pedicure. very nice. I have better luck here than Lee nails by the mall. that salon is always closed or booked up. I inquired on a Wednesday and they told me they weren’t taking appointments until next week. When I’ve gone to Best nails they’ve been ready immediately or within a few hours and never been closed during business hours.

Went in with an appointment, was serviced immediately and asked what I wanted. For design requests just show a picture and the technician will do for you. Loved that the nail dry station was literally there at the nail tech’s table, so no need to walk to another area to dry nails for longer periods. I got acrylics w/ palm trees & rhinestones. Remember (for those that don’t know) its customary tradition to tip your technician after check out. Happy 4th weekend!

My niece went to get a pedicure. The man took her things slammed them down on a table. He tossed her shoes. She asked that her nails not be trimmed and he trimmed them. The paint job was terrible. Worst pedicure ever she won’t be back.

I called and made an appointment for 6:00. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. & I was only there to have my acrylics removed. When she finally called me over I was appalled at how she removed them. She used finger nail clippers and an acrylic nail to practically rip them off and rushed through it. I pulled my hand away and told her it hurt several times, she apologized then went right back at it. It was a very painful experience. Also, the nail clippings were flying everywhere and hitting me. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have sat there & had them soak that whole time I waited. I can’t say how their other services are but wouldn’t recommend going there to have acrylics removed.

My daughter ent there to get acrylic nails. The girl that did them cut 3 of her fingers while doing them and never gave her any discount. I took her back the next day wanting a refund and the owner said we couldn’t get a refund while she still had the nails so he took a pair of nail clippers and chopped a corner off each nail and told us to get out. I said I wasn’t leaving with her mutilated nails so the girl that did them took her and started removing the nails (the whole time telling my daughter she was mean). Couldn’t find my daughters receipt so yet wouldn’t refund my credit card until 3 days later when I took in my online banking print-out. We NEVER go there again!

I got my nails done here and they turned out uneven,messy, and crooked. This was my first time getting my nails done here and it was so mad. My appointment was 1-1:30 and my nails didn’t get done intill like 2:30. Don’t recommend coming here.

So sad. They use to take their time with their patrons now it’s rushed. The full set I received was extremely thick not much acrylic on the breaking point, most were filed smoth. I always get no polish except clear. Came home and had to clean them up, and file down the talon’s. I used a 50.00 gift card that my son gave me and now that was wasted. Was going there for five years. I will not be returning.

My sister and I had pedicures here and were extremely disappointed. The man who did her pedicure was quite rude and actually hurt her while clipping her toenails. The girl that did mine was very nice, but neither of us experienced a REAL pedicure. Our feet were never exfoliated and therefore they are as rough as they were before going in!
