I thought I went to a good nail salon at home but Best Nails has them beat. What a great place. A friend and I went today for acrylic fill and gel. We had appointments. I had Tammy and my friend had Tom. The salon was very clean, all the employees wore mask. Tom and Tammy were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. I love my nails. They are shaped just like I asked and they look great. Although they were busy and took walk-ins it might be best to make an appointment.

Caught nail fungus and owners didn’t care. My technician was always Kevin. I pointed it out in past he said it was dirt and proceeded to cover it up now I removed nails and I have nail fungus they do not clean equipment between clients. Acrylic nails

Beware!!! My first visit to the place was horrific!!! I did not see a sterile autoclave wrap with the tools they use on clients. So I asked they assured me they do. I took a big chance knowing what I saw was not healthy. I had a pedi mani which was the worst I have ever had. My toe nails were not filed down they almost cut my sheets, the common courtesy was really lacking. The owner came over to me while I was left still sitting without my shoes on and the separators were still on my toes, she grabbed my feet aggressively put my slippers on and said: rudely. “I need the chair” I think they need some interpersonal skill training The place needs airing out. Smells musty and old. I would never recommend this horrific place and ever go back there!!! Nasty people . They all seem so sad with droopy faces and no smiles !! Awful place! Big mistake!!!

Most nail salons I have visited in Winterhaven seem a bit overpriced and not the best customer service. Best nails and spa have GREAT prices and BEAUTIFUL work.
