They cut my nails without asking what length I wanted, assured me they knew what was best, ruined my nail bed, cut me with the file, and scoffed when o tipped even though the service was horrible. Watched a worker put their hands into someone’s foot bath to adjust the temperature and then go back to the pedicure they were doing without washing their hands and no gloves. They did not clean up under my nails after they were done. I got cats eye polish and they just left them plain didn’t activate the polish and when laying acrylic on my nails they did not get the sides of half my nails..they were not friendly
