Had an appointment on Friday (11/01) to get my acrilic nails removed and wanted a gel set and my daughter requested an acrilic set. Mimi did NOT have time for us so we went with two guys (should have known better). The guy completely pulled off the acrilic nails from my own nails! It was painful and cut a lot of my own nails along with it. My daughter’s acrilic nails were horribly crooked and the guy that did them kep saying they were fine. My nails were filed uneven and the gel ended up so bumpy…it started peeling off the very next day!! My youngest got a manicure and instead of the $23 they charge, they told me it was $28. I knew this place was too good to be true…..NEVER going back!

There was so much miss comunication within the workers the lady that was giving me a pedicure walked out with all her stuff when i said I wanted a gel not a regular polish she started in her language complaining idk if it was about me or her co-workers and left. Everyone has bad days and even so she and and the lady that finished my toes did a giod job. Wouldn’t come again. Never have I ever had a bad experience at a salon other than here I did notice a lot of the people who were there with me were regulars there they knew the staff and they knew each other. So if they have returning customers I’m sure they’re not so bad me personally they treated me bad from the start. I didn’t chose a color fast enough so the lady went with the next person getting a pedicure. I think the lady left the uv light on my left tor tie for too long Idk if you can get burned by the uv lights they have but my foot feels sunburned 🙁
