Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo….it turns out that there are 2 men there named Justin. I went in to talk to him about the fact that almost all my nails were. I asked for Justin, this man mopping the floor told me he was Justin. So I asked for the other Justin. He said only he was Justin. So I proceed to tell him about the poor quality of the work & he told me to take them off and get them redone. I asked him how much I was going to have to pay, this sommabish told me $40! The first time it was $35. So then this rotten tooth toting troll told me to my face, “if you no like it don’t come back.” GURL!! I was breathless by the time I got through cursing that maggot out! This is the worst place to get your nails done, they are unprofessional, racist, and rude. I just got my nails done here, in one week 6 nails began to chip. I went there and the lady fixed them, the next day the same 6 nails began to crack again. Then once asking to replace the same 6 nails with 6 new ones, I was refused of business in an unprofessional manner. Do not do business here, they treat you like anything and the quality is horrible.

They do not value your time here. They service has gone down the drain over the years. I used to come here during prom season in high school. I have came here many years after high school. Each time has been unpleasant. This last time i was on a time crunch. There was only one worker. I waited patiently to be told service couldn’t be provided. Hello??? I have things to do. This place is trash. Zero stars. I wont return anymore. I will go to Paris nails on Rodney Parham or the gateway by ottercreek outlet. This was my LAST time. 🙁 VERY BAD SERVICE.

I went here a year ago and loved it went there last month to get a pedicure and the man did not want to do my feee I end up doing almost everything myself except paint my nail then him and the lady had a terrible attitude like they had a hangover not only that he did not want to use new or clean equipment on me so yea I can see why people have been saying they have gave them fungus I just needed to see for myself they need to be closed now ASAP

I just got my nails done 1 DAY ago and 3 of my nails have already came off i tried to call up to the building and talk 3 times each they hung up in my face they were very rude and the woman left no space like every othernail shop does she put it practically right on my cutical i played 60 dollar i either want my money back or i want my nails fixed !!!
