Best Nails has the best staff around. My grandmother frequented the salon for years. In the beginning of this year, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was unable to leave her home. The salon owners Nancy and Calvin were beyond supportive of her, sending her flowers, balloons and even stopping by for a visit. When she passed a few weeks ago, they sent a beautiful bouquet to the funeral home.

The staff here is super duper nice! I don’t know if it’s the nail polish used or what, but I paid $55 plus $10 tip for my dip nails and after one week they have chipped, cracked on my thumb and my thumb is also discolored—white edge. I’m not right in my hands at all. When I get dip at my usual salon it’ll last 4 weeks. I had to go back to the salon immediately after my nails were dry to get my thumb nail fixed. Again, nice staff, but don’t go here for a dip powder because it won’t last at all…

I have been to many nail salons and this nail salon has been hands down the best I’ve ever experienced!!! The no-chip lasts longer than any other salon I’ve ever been too. All of the staff pay so close attention to detail; from the way they style my nails, the colors I choose, and the way they really want to make sure everything is just the way you want it!!!!! I travel over an hour to come here because there is now better salon!!

Although the people at Best Nails were kind and friendly, my no-chip started peeling after less than a week and I didn’t feel that they did a great job filing my nails and making them look neat. I was very disappointed with my experience and will probably never return to Best Nails again.

I have been going to Best Nail for a few years. It is clean, and inviting. I do highly recommend them as I feel they aim to please the customer. I call into make appointments and 9 times out of 10 they are ready for me on time unlike so many other places that expect you to be understanding. If I’ve waited on a scheduled appointment it’s been no longer then 5 to 10 mins but that’s been rare in my years of going there. They accommodate kids too with their hello kitty pedi chairs. Great mother daughter experience and they were great with my kids. I wish they would offer a deal for kids during times they were not as busy. I’d love to have more mother daughter times but I’m not as pleased with the kids pricing as nail polish does not last but a day or 2 on kids nails. Dont let that stop you because the the time & experience together is great. If you get your nails done often you would understand your likes and dislikes of shape, thickness, style, ect. While I have been and prefer 1 particular person to work on my nails the others do great work too, just not my preferred style. Wait, and did I say how well they hold up… yes this is also a reason I suggest them. You must give them a try. I think you would become a regular as it seems so many of the customers are. I’m greeted by name as well as when I leave. Its nice to be a regular to a place who always seems to care about using great products, doing good work, and if I’m happy. Go try them out.

I really have enjoyed my experiences here. They are all super nice and treat you well. The care they give in the service is great. I really like that the pedicure area is in its own room in the back. The only reason it’s not a 5 star place is that I wish there was a drying station to comfortably sit at. I will definitely continue to go here.

This is my go-to place for manicures and pedicures. The most important aspect for me is cleanliness and sanitizing the instruments and they are top-notch in both. They are reasonably priced, cheerful and warm. I usually prefer a french manicure and they do it just as I like (tips not too thin or too thick). It lasts beautifully. They are a terrific business addition to Batavia.

This place is hands down the best! I have been getting acrylics for years and I have never found anyone as good as Best Nails! They are clean and friendly and they use all professional colors. OPI, Essie, Color Club, China Glaze. You won’t find a random Wet N Wild or Revlon bottle here! They are also all in order numbered with the gel polish perfect match. I just love this! Now you can remember where your favorite colors are! I see Nancy for my acrylic fill and she does a fabulous job! I had my acrylics off for a few years so when I decided to get them back on I was nervous since the last place I had seen regularly for years, destroyed my nails with their fills. Plus I always had lifting and I used to do french and they never blended the acrylic. You could ALWAYS see EVERY SINGLE FILL LINE going all the way up my nails. I went to someone who does nails out of her house and she did a terrible job. After 2 days they ALL were lifting and they were not shaped correctly. I was out of town and went to a place that fixed them but they still did not repair all the lifting. I went to Best Nails and Nancy fixed them all up. After 2 weeks…NOT ONE SINGLE NAIL LIFTED! They held up amazingly well and I put them through hell deep cleaning my house the past 2 weeks! Also she does not take off all of your cuticle like most places do and she is gentle and blends really well. She takes her time and is just damn good at what she does!! And she always gets the polish all the way down the nail. I have always had people skimp or not follow the natural shape of my nails. It was something that was a pet peeve of mine and Nancy gets it perfect! I just had my 2nd fill and I feel like a new woman!! Go to Best Nails!!

I work 70 hours a week don’t have a lot of time to get a pedicure on my feet all day so there not the most perfect feet was given a mother’s day gift the lady when she saw my feet insulted and said OH NO YOUR FEET UGLY BAD OMG OMG OMG I said wth lady really she didn’t quit with the insults finally the owner heard her and made her go in the back ..very very Unprofessional. .so if your feet aren’t picture perfect Do Not go there …lesson learned
