Came here twice for an acrylic fill while my nail tech was out of town. Very unhygienic and the work was horrible. Never had me wash my hands and I doubt they clean their tools/stations thoroughly. I thought the first time was maybe a one time mistake, nope. Came back a second time and the nail tech started ripping off my previous set and tried to upcharge me for “nail repair”. I tried coming in for a pedicure since it’s just paint on my toes don’t really care about how it looks and Tammi was rude the entire time. She did my toes while she was doing other people’s and didn’t even wash her hands. No liners in the tubs. Just gross, unprofessional, and they don’t do nails well. Go anywhere else.

They did an amazing job on my nails! There were no lumps, perfect shape and length, asked me how I liked my nails throughout the process. The nail tech was also extremely friendly and created conversation. Best acrylics I have had in town. Will be returning.

Made appointment Tuesday for pedi no polish 11am Thursday. Showed up and no one there. Disembodied voice and video camera asks me what I wanted. Clearly had forgotten my appointment. Said she would be there in 10 minutes. I sit and wait in the dark, 10 minutes goes by, camera moves again to see if I’m still there and Disembodied voice tells me she will be there in in another 10 minutes! That was it. I left. Not waiting half hour for owner to decide if my pedi is worth it to show up to work. I have been here many times over the years including during the pandemic, but enough is enough. Service keeps going downhill. Moving on.

Tammy is hands down the best person to go to for manicures and pedicures in stevens point! I love the cleanliness and how flexible Tammy can be when it comes to appointment scheduling. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’m not one to write reviews ever, good or bad. However, I seriously highly recommend against going here. I got a full set done and they are hands down the worst acrylics I’ve ever had. The tips don’t fit my nails, the polish itself was messed up, and my nails overall look bubbly and poorly done. I was also charged a much higher price than is on display in the shop, even though I had nothing extra done. The stations themselves were messy and not cleaned between customers. I’m not one to write reviews ever, good or bad. However, I seriously highly recommend against going here. I got a full set done and they are hands down the worst acrylics I’ve ever had. The tips don’t fit my nails, the polish itself was messed up, and my nails overall look bubbly and poorly done. I was also charged a much higher price than is on display in the shop, even though I had nothing extra done. The stations themselves were messy and not cleaned between customers. I went here for my wedding nails, and I would absolutely NEVER go here again. They were very rude, and multiple people worked on my nails. I was happy with how the nails looked, however was not happy with the process. I was quoted 20$ over the phone for a basic french manicure with my own nails. Just paint, and my OWN nails. My friend was also quoted 30$ for a basic gel manicure. When we went to check out, the lady upcharged us both 10$ because of some lame reason I could not understand. I would NOT recommend going here.

They do really well with pedicures and they are really nice to the customers and make conversation but every time I go there my manicures always look weird. The nails go over the nails onto my skin, they only put 2 coats of paint and the paint is always bubbly.
