not a good experience. i called and asked what time I was able to come in and she said right now, i got there within in a minute I still waited half an hour. the whole time she was doing my acrylic nails she was trying to convince me to do something else. my nails are sloppy, and I guess this black design is supposed to be a flower? it looked so bad I didn’t even know how to tell them. look how uneven and sloppy they are. she didn’t take the time to file the nails to be even and they are big and lumpy. wouldn’t recommend

They were nice enough. I made an appointment and waited over an hour for a dip manicure. They do not know how to do dip! Do not get dip here! My nails were painful, not cuticle trip, no clean up. Nails were very thick. I left very unhappy with no time to correct.

This was my first mani/pedi in the last 2 years and I’m VERY disappointed. I paid $72 + tip & have to go home and fix what they didn’t do/missed/messed up. There are several of my nails where she did not put polish on the entire nail. They do not speak English well at all. They also have a little girl running around the shop who is not being watched & does not understand personal space. She got right in my face and asked “where’s my food”? Overall I would NOT recommend this place.

Every person I came with had different services but each magically paid $55. They roasted so many people while we visited and they couldnt communicate simple sentences. They butchered the ail job for my mother and my sister in law and the guy who did mine kept saying my toes were too small to do french tips…. Smh. don’t go here. I got weird toes but there was no need to argue with me over what I want or any other customers for that matter.

I love going there and getting my nails done very nice and understanding when I’m tired after working all day and just wanna be quite lol great at their jobs and good prices never had an issue with my nails and very relaxing atmosphere

This is the worst nail place i have ever been to. I told the lady i wanted french tips 3 times and she started painting my whole nail so i had to remind her again. I asked for a pastel yellow and she gave me a neon yellow so i told her i wanted a different color and she wouldn’t let me pick out a new one. She was also extremely aggressive with my nails and made me bleed. Her french tips weren’t even the right shape and they were extremely thick. I asked her to make them thinner and she didn’t. On my ring finger i wanted a smiley face and she told me it was too hard and had to have another lady do it. Do not go here. I will not be returning.
