I hate to leave a horrible review only because the ladies were nice enough, but I took my daughter yesterday to get mani pedi’s and they look horrible. They had us pick out our color (I wanted a different color for my toes and was basically ignored and told to pick out matching color), my daughter wanted RED on both her toes and fingers, well her fingers are orange and the toes are red, both colors came from the same box. She didn’t tell me until we walked out and I already paid and tipped. I wasn’t happy with my nails at all but I was kinda afraid to tell her because she basically grunted and pointed the entire time, hardly spoke. The nail polish is applied very thick and at the ends look weird. You can see on the middle finger how bad the dip is. I do think my nails may be damaged 🙁 My daughters nails are shorter than mine (much much shorter) and hers do the same thing on the end. I will not be going back to this place. (NICE ladies don’t get me wrong, just don’t do a very good job).

Critical: QualityNail tech was nice but my nails were uneven and after 3 days my shellac is chipping off. The acrylic she did for the fill ins wasn’t applied right at the cuticle so it doesn’t even look like I just got my nails done. They might have cheaper prices but you definitely get what you pay for.

Been going there for a few months now. The girl at the front desk is good, but the one to the left…nothing but bad experiences. Last time she made 2 of my fingers bleed with the dremel tool and yesterday I went to get nails removed and just a coat of acrylic put back on. She gouged my nail getting them off to where the middle of my nail was bleeding, never apologized, then cut all my real nails off because she did not listen and understand what I wanted. Will never go back!!!!

It was an ok experience, nothing mind blowing. The price was really good on a Polish change, but I would rather pay more and get good customer service. The employees weren’t rude at all, but barely said a word to me. I work from home so when I go out to get my nails or hair done, I’m hoping for some friendly human interaction. But it is what it is. The Polish selection was extremely limited unless you like pink (which I’m not a big fan of) and most looked outdatedsplit. This may be common, but every salon I’ve been to has a light to cure polish, this shop does not, which is not a deal breaker for me. If I need a quick polish change, I would go here again but if I wanted a relaxing nail experience, I would go elsewhere.

Good luck finding a quality polish in this salon. They are vert old, gooey, and cruddy and need to be replaced. They shouldn’t be using these. They became upset when I mentioned this. And then tell me to bring my own polish. Better yet, I won’t come back. I understand polish can be pricey but you’re in the nail business. They did an adequate job just need to invest in nail polish.

I don’t get pedicures very often but when I do, this is my choice. They’re very reasonably priced at $22. They do nice job, are gentle and use an exfoliant, lotion and hot towel on your legs! There are also a lot of polishes to choose from.
