The first time I came here they did a great job on my acrylic nails and loved the durability since I had them done for upcoming interviews. Unfortunately, when I came in for a fill 3 weeks later the technician I had did not change the gel polish properly. Within 3 hours after the appointment I had chips on several nails and had to come in for a repair. Only 2 days later, 2 of the nails had the polish lift off and chip and chipping again occured along the edge of several nails on both hands. I had really enjoyed my first time here but sadly this is the first time that I had acrylic nails with gel polish only last 3 days, and I do not want to have deal with this again, especially right before a scheduled interview.

Lady was polite and did a good job. The only reason it isn’t a five star is because they are ripping people off. She charged me extra for my length. My nails are short. She claims them to be medium. Someone please look at the picture and tell me where and how. I still paid her, smiled and left. Well not be returning nor recommending to any of my friends and followers.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for coffin nails…. they only seem to know how to do nails from the 90’’s…. they are uneven and charged me $45 dollars for a fill in. Never again will I go there. Ridiculous. Try to find a better salon that knows how to file different types of nails. They NEVER give me what I ask for. $45 for a fill in…. I could understand if they looked amazing but unfortunately they don’t. I was very upset that they said it cost that much for a file down (I didn’t ask for), the coffin shape, I didn’t get and the gel polish. First time here and I am SOLD! I made an appt for 5 gel, got right in and was out before 545. They were friendly & quick. I see a lot of negative reviews about them not taking walk ins. This place is always booked with appts, therefore an appt is your best bet! Also, their prices are super reasonable. Vicky did my nails & I absolutely love them!!!

Waited to review until went a few times. I have been very happy with my experiences and my nails look and feel great. Get the gel dip and pedis regularly and had been disappointed with where had been going close by. So happy discovered Best Nail. They really are the Best in the area! They concentrate on the customer and not talking so much with coworkers as I’ve found in other salons.
