I specifically asked when I called what day and time was the least busy for them because I know how these nail salons work! They say they take “appointments” but this is FALSE. I specifically asked when I called what day and time was the least busy for them because I know how these nail salons work! They say they take “appointments” but this is FALSE. It’s always first come, first serve. I suggest not coming here if you have a set time to be somewhere within 4 hours of your “appointment” time.

Very dirty, unprofessional work. I paid $85 and was then told I must have paid for someone else because a dip is not $85. So apparently I was overcharged and left with frail broken nails. I gave the salon the opportunity to fix the single nail (and was considering adding a pedicure too) but after the accusations about what I paid, it’s not worth it.

I made an appointment for 4:40 on 4/15. When i walked in i told them i had a 4:30 appointment. And when they asked me my name they said they didn’t have me down for an appointment. Everyone started to laugh (employees and clients). I’m not sure what was funny.. But when I was asked if i called the right palce and i asked what the phone number was i was laughed at AGAIN. So i checked one of the cards on the desk and sure enough i had the right place. I was asked if a male or female picked up the phone and it was a male (the only male in the shop) everyone laughed and i even heard a client tell me “bye”. Not sure what kind of culture has been developed in this establishment, but from what i experienced it seems like disrespect. I ended up just saying ” okay, i’m just going to go” becuase everyone was laughing at me and i felt humiliated.
