Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI haven’t been going here long, but I tried out this location for eyebrow waxing and the young lady who waxed my eyebrows and customer service was excellent until today when I went there to get my eyebrows waxed the usual staff wasn’t there and the guy told me to come back in 30 minutes which was acceptable, but when I came back the door was locked, there was a customer inside and the guy had earbuds in his ear, but he could see me and he didn’t come to door. Needless for me to say they lost a customer right then and there. This was very humiliating as I stood at the door knocking as the staff inside ignored me and went ahead by their business.
