I really appreciate how accommodating & so patient everyone was with my little girl who’s 3 yrs old. I do her nails at home but she had never been to a nail salon. She was so cute & a very good girl and waited until I was done. Best Nails is highly recommended by quite a bit of people, I know I can’t wait to share with my friends & family!! Thanks again Affordable prices for kids too.

They cut my wife’s knuckle with an electric file. It was supposed to be a $15 fill. They charged her $40 and informed her that the color she chose was EXTRA, AFTER they had done the work. I returned to the store along with my wife to dispute the extra charges. They were extremely rude and even smug. I recorded the entire conversation on video. We talked calmly as the lady got pissed off and walked away. We then talked to the manager, who was the one who filled my wife’s nails and had cut her finger open. He smiles and says he didn’t cut her finger. He pulls out his cell phone and shows us the picture of my wife’s hand and says see no cut. Only problem is that you can see the cut on her finger in the picture on his phone. They then tried explaining that she got gel and that is $35 for a fill. Yet they still charged her $40. They finally get mad and hand us a $10 bill!! I told them They charged us $25 too much, not $10 too much. I slid the $10 back to them and told them to keep it. I’d rather post a review explaining how poorly they conducted their business than take back the money at this point. This review has earned them an extra $25 on their 2017 income. I hope they enjoy it. Oh and did I mention the reason my wife was back getting get her nails “filled” in was because she was just there and the lady had done such a bad job. She tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and let them correct it. They corrected the nails but reached into our pockets and showed that they value the dollar over the customer by taking even more money from us. If you value honest business, look elsewhere. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I did my nails here because a friend recommended it to me. First thing I noticed is the lack of cleanliness, it seems that they don’t clean as regular basis and not even the table where they did my nails but I thought the service should be good. Itwas an ok job but it doesn’t worth the price.

THIS WAS A HORRID EXPERIENCE!!! went to this place to get my nails done and the lady did an awful job! they were crooked and didn’t even fit right. she did not file under the nail so everything was getting stuck in the chunks of hard dried gel. she charged me more than she originally quoted and was very mean. I went back to this salon to get them fixed and had the manager do my nails this time. I told him I needed a fill which is $15.00. I show him the. olor I want, he says ok and starts. I explain to him what happened to me with my last visit. He does not apologize or offer a discount or anything! I don’t say anything and as he is filing my nails with the electric file, he files my knuckle and it sands the skin right off. He does not apologize, but just keeps going. when he finishes, he charges me 3x the amount!! I went ba k to explain to them why I was so unhappy and what has happened and they did nothing about it and told me that I was in the wrong! very disappointing and PAINFUL. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!!!!

I am sharing my experience again because I did not see the post. I just left Best Nails after getting a manicure. There was a worker sitting in a chair on his cell phone. He sneezed and when I looked up to say God bless you, I observed him wiping he nose with his hand looking at it, and then proceeded to wipe his hand on his pants. He wore no mask. By then I had noticed that the woman doing my nails did not have autoclaved instruments. I won’t be back and I am notifying the Department of Health. Also he proceeded to do a woman’s nails without washing his hands!
