I made an appointment for a fill in and specifically asked if they did nail art with rhinestones and was told yes – all the time. Arrived at my appointment and was approached by the lady who sits on the second row on the right (do not know her name but she acted like an owner) and her first words to me as she lifted my hand were oh, you like rhinestones – this is very expensive. I replied, okay – how much? No response. Very rude attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered. During my session she’s talking to another employee and you can tell she’s talking about what I wanted as they are looking at my nails. I finally told her just cut my nails down and I don’t want any nail art. I paid and still left a tip and decided I’d never go back. My nails have never looked this terrible. Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t do the service requested and your attitude is awful. I never leave negative reviews for a business as everyone has a bad day but felt this was well deserved.

It is very sad when I called the other day to make an appointment for pedicures like I did once in a while. I was hoping to have it done for my birthday Friday. A woman answers and she replied very ugly and she told me she didn’t have time to talk and she was very busy. I apologized that she had a bad day. Will not return to the place for the attitude she gave me over the phone. Would give 5 stars because of awesome pedicure and 0 stars for attitude.
