Thank you for making my decision to not continue to have my once a month me time done anymore! My first experience was ok at this nail salon. I had a pedicure and dip done. Which all came out great! But the time it took to have it all done was painful. I get it…. They re busy….. no worries. I went back today after waiting a month…. Having nails done is a luxury and something I cherish and want my monies worth. Today was a bad experience. I planned ahead to get there before they opened at 10 am knowing it would be busy…. To my surprise they had already opened and people where waiting and already had a waiting list. I decided to stick it out because they did a great job last time. So after waiting 1 hour and 20 mins… didn’t get seated till 11:18 am the woman I had seemed nice at first but then was so rough with my hands …. Didn’t feel good at all nor was it relaxing. I felt like a piece of meat being tossed around. She was not gentle. I almost asked her what I had done to her to deserve this treatment. After all said and done I washed my hands, she told me not to use soap, I come back she finished up then said wait 5 minutes. After that, comes back dabs oil of over my fingers quickly…( everything was done with extreme force and fast throughout my dip manicure ) I ask her if I’m able to wash my hands with soap now, and she says “ do whatever you want, I don’t care!!!” After I leave, didn’t wash my hands because I was so disappointed and upset, I get in my car to pick all the stuff under my nails and excess dip off and then my thumb underneath the nail cracks open and starts bleeding.

I am new to the process of getting acrylic nails and have only had it done two times. I went here to get a refill that is advertised as 15 USD and ended up having to pay 30 USD. The lady who did my nails claimed that cutting my nails cost extra (despite never telling me) and that putting gel on is extra (which she did without my consent). The nails came out horrible, especially considering that a full set of nails cost about the same. She filled my nail so hard it began to bleed and now when I run my nails under water it causes me to be in pain. I will never return here and do not make the same mistake as me. Never allow them to do anything to your nails without asking the cost.
