While I was there they were nice and friendly, good service. But I would have liked to have an actual ‘dip powder’ done the guy used a brush to paint it on my nails. After I left I notice it was not done very neatly, and it wasn’t filed down to look like it wasn’t on my skin. Fast forward a few days after my hair started it get caught in my nails, not a welcoming feeling mind you. Started noticing one of the nail colors starting to separate from the nail a few more days after that. Tonight (a full week later) while in the shower the said nail that was starting to split the color from my nail actually came off….a week! It took my nail tip off and it hurts so badly, now I will have to wait even longer to get my nails done again. All my other dip powders have lasted 3-4 weeks after getting them done. I will not be returning to this salon.

BEWARE! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO HERE. I went in for a fill in and the person doing my nails was rough and acted as if they didnt want to be there… I blew it off my nails looked okay. 2 weeks later I went to a different nail salon to have my nails filled and after taking my polish off the women advised me 5 out of 10 of my nails had FUNGUS!! I had to soak off all my nails and it took about 3 MONTHS for it to grow out. 🙁 extremely disappointed..

Friendly techs but often very dirty environments. Customers’ finished and unfinished water bottles are all over techs’ work table. Every work table is always dusty with residues from prior clients’ nail products. Salon floor is generally very dirty and dusty. Hand washing sink & faucets are very dirty and germy looking. Bathroom is often in need of serious cleaning. I keep going to this place because of their friendliness and proximity to where I live. But I’m very concerned about general sanitation of this place.

I thought I was going to jail for assault smdh. Completely rude, unprofessional and apparently not so talented. I don’t understand, how you can mess up a simple fill in??? I was still charged and they wouldn’t fix their screw up. Maybe I wouldn’t have been as upset if they weren’t my real nails with acrylic on top (overlay). But regardless, I paid my hard earned $$$$ for a service and received poor quality, bad attitude and a headache. Not only did I have somewhere to be that evening but their catastrophe on my hands was extremely noticeable and embarrassing!!! With customer service like this, it’s a miracle they’re still in business.

Place definitely needs some upgrading and repairs. The pedicure chairs have the leather cracking and massage does not work. The leather pieces too rest for arm while getting a manicure are all cracking. This is just to name a couple of things.

I went in to get a fill . Tech was rude to my child . My family has been through alot in past year with messing divorce and and mostly my children have been effected . The male tech was talking to my teen daughter asking her personal questions . I remained quiet and hope he would just stop talking to her . He finally said something about her size and I immedately told him to “shut up” . In the end I told my daughter to o outside while I paid and quietly tried to explain why I said that . I got NO understanding or apology from Tina even though her own child was standing right next to her . I’m sure she wouldn’t of excepted comments like that towards her child . Anyway she rushed through my nails ( I was in chair when this started ) and did a horrible job . She had done my nails before beautifully . But not this day . I won’t be returning and all I can say is be nice and kiss ass or you will be mistreated like we did .
