Not The Best…The owner came in with his sone after I waited 40 minutes. He did my acrylic refill exactly how I wanted. First time here, the place I had them done had made them too thick and chunky. He made the nails more natural-looking. Only problem is, I had wanted them a little shorter, but they ended up a whole lot shorter. I had in mind a swirl design on a natural background. But since the nails turned out really short, it would’ve work. So I requested a coral color and a shade lighter with each nail. He was impatient, told me there is no shade lighter. No help whatsoever at all. I used yo go to another place years ago and they were always willing to help and suggest ideas. He stood up and said he had to take his son somewhere. So because he was in a hurry, he couldn’t finish my color. Amy came over, she was just as short with me even though I was not being difficult. Simply asked for a shade lighter. I guess they don’t offer assistance, or were too impatient. And I myself was in a hurry, so I was not trying to drag it out! Finally, I grabbed a lighter color – not the best match. First half was great, nail shape and natural look done wonderfully. First quarter of the second half, a nightmare. Amy hurriedly painted my nails, finally softened when I thanked her for helping me. Like I said, first time here for nails. Nails looked natural, just not happy with how they treated me.

I’ve had really good experiences here with Tiffany but couldn’t get her today. I forget the man’s name, maybe George that did my nails today. I’m so disappointed. I wanted my nails done for graduation tomorrow and they look generic and sloppy. First, he had a problem doing ombré on my nails. Told me I’d need a whole new full set since I’d gotten my nails done somewhere else & the color would need to be changed. I explained to him I literally got a brand new full set AT THIS SALON 2 weeks ago exactly. My nails were barely grown out. He still refused to do the ombré. I asked for anything close to it he kept telling me to do French & I had to tell him twice I don’t like or want French. He just seemed like he was in a rush and didn’t want to be bothered with what I actually wanted. Fine, at this point it’s 30 mins in to my appt so I settle for whatever he can do. I ask him to FILE my nails down just to where they’d grown out a little (again they had barely grown out). He says ok… he CUTS THEM DOWN about an inch which I didn’t ask for. I asked him to file them down… but okay, Nothing I can do now but let’s hope he can keep the same coffin shape I walked in with & had asked him to keep. He does a couple fingers & they’re literally square? I’m like sir they’re square I asked for coffin & he starts to argue with me and said I asked him to cut them down he can’t do coffin with them short. Ummm YOU cut them down…. I asked you to file them I never asked you to substantially cut down the length of my nails. He cut me several times because he was rushing. the fingers on both of my hands don’t match, the left is more coffin like the right are coffin but square? And at the end he finished & tells me to wash my hands so I do, he’s rushing to do someone else’s nails. I sit back in the chair to get lotion on my hands like any nail salon does after a fill… and he’s standing up there and says 35 I’m like me? Can I have some lotion like you guys always do? Ugh. Such a bad experience. I work off tips so still left $7 on $35 but that experience could have been SO much better as well as the tip if he wasn’t so rude.

This place is no longer going to be one of my regular spas. I went in for a pedicure and set the chair to 30 minutes as usual. Linda went through the motions so quickly, the chair still had 20 minutes left by the time she was done painting. My feet never soaked, she was so rough with the file; I winced several times. I refused the razor, opting for callus remover instead, as I usually do. She put the gel on the stone, rubbed back and forth a couple of times, then rinsed my feet. The massage was also fast, nothing was at a pace for it to be relaxing at all. When I got up, I told her about my disappointment and she immediately started defending herself, saying she did everything, and that they usually last only 15-20 minutes. This was somewhere between 10-15, and I get regular pedicures, they usually last 20-30 minutes, especially if noone is waiting. I spent more time drying than I did in the pedicure. I asked a different lady up front if she was in charge, and started explaining my disappointment, that I felt like a received a color change, rather than a pedicure. Linda came up and they started speaking to each other in their language. When I finished drying, I asked if there would be some sort of discount. Linda again came up, interrupted, and said no, because she did “everything.” There was no relaxing, no good massage, no need to hurry! And my heels are rough. What a waste of time and money.

Tina gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in years. She was attentive and took her time. My spa experience was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this salon!
