Critical: Valueso both times Jimmy did my manicure and he is personable and manicure was great. But the pedicures are awful. Today I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I recently had a surgery and wanted to treat myself to a service of which I thought I would enjoy. I felt very rushed and due to not being able to move very freely I messed up a nail. The girl who waited on me was in such a bad mood she became upset due to the accident and she also became upset because someone was in her way washing their hands. She acted as if I were a child she was in frustration with. I did not to complain I just figured your not getting a great tip. However when is was time to pay my fee was 45.00 I tipped her 5.00. She stated your charge is 45.00 and waited for me to give her more. How rude! This nail salon used to be a friendly place where you feel welcomed and appreciated. Not rushed or scuffed at. It has become too comercialized. I would pay the extra money for better services. My nails look good but the treatment from this staff member was not appreciated.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff were rude in general, but the woman who did my gel manicure was unbelievable. I sat down at her table, which was covered in a dirty towel with the previous customer’s nail clippings all over it. She sat down and gestured for me to put my hands on the towel. I asked her if she could get a clean towel, and she shook of the nail clippings and turned the towel over. I should have left then. She coughed on me without covering her mouth multiple times and brusquely motioned rather than asking for various requests. The quality of my manicure was so poor that it chipped on two fingers within 4 days of the gel manicure. Typically, I would go back to ask for a touch-up at any other salon, but I was so disgusted by this place that I’ll never go back. My advice: Pay the extra $5 and go literally anywhere else for your nails.

Not happy this time around. I came here before because I was tired of paying over $100 for my nails. The first time I was happy with the out come of my nails but not this time. The girl sat me down at a dirty station with a wet towel already there I asked for a clean towel and she frowned I picked my dip powder but the didnt have enough to do my nails she rushed my nails and never told me to rinse /wash my hand she got a hot towel to wipe my hands and she tried to put lotion on my hands. I kindly told her I need to wash my hands I might give them another chance but not the nail tech

I returned the salon for the first time since February. I was pleased with the policies and procedures they have put in place to prevent the spread of Covid. The salon is super clean and they even took my temperature. Nails look great!
