I was a walk in tonight. I was immediately greeted and told it would be about 10 minutes. The owner offered me a drink while I waited and then showed me to a spot at the nail counter. Everyone was busy but friendly. They said hello and thanked me for my patience. C did my manicure. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. She was gentle and took her time. She even gave me a shoulder massage and arm and hand massage and then wrapped my hands in hot towels. She checked in along the way to make sure I liked the length and shape of the nails. She was so friendly and chatted easily with me. Such a breath of fresh air! Thank you C and Best Nails, I will be back!

Had a terrible experience getting my nails done here for my wedding this morning. The nail tech was rude, refused to do the style I wanted, was impatient when I was trying to find a new style, and all of my nails ended up crooked with nail gunk still underneath the nail. When I called to speak to the owner after and express my disappointment instead of leaving a review, she was not apologetic and offered no solution such as getting them fixed or offering a refund. I ended up having to go to another salon to get the nails completely redone. After my horrible experience I felt it necessary to leave the review. Avoid this salon, the new ownership is disappointing.

Honestly worst nails I’ve ever had in my life. I paid 110 dollars for a pedi and tips with dip. They’re all soooo thick and crooked. Paint all over my skin. When I was unhappy yesterday and made it clear to the owner when she asked how everything was she didn’t even offer to fix them for me or anything and stilll charged full price. Would never go back !!!
