If you’re looking for a random place to get your nails done this is not the place. Came here once or twice no problem. But this third time is a different story. maybe their business isn’t doing so well financially idk but they had the audacity to charge me 140$ for two full sets of nails for my sister and I! I showed them a picture of what we wanted when we walked in. They said 55$ for mine and 35$ for my sister. When it was time to pay they hit me with 140$. When I asked for a refund and to take the nails off they said no. Said if I don’t pay they would call police. Please save your money and your time.

First time and the last time. I got gel tips, nails are uneven. My toes was the worse experience, she was cleaning the cuticles than all of a sudden she cuts the side of nail and pulls out some skin which created an ingrown….im on antibiotics for it.

Critical: QualitySAVE YOUR MONEY! First – and last – time there. The woman with the short hair did my gel mani and pedi. Filed my nails horribly. Polish was painted on THICK and uneven. Looks like I already have regrowth because she didn’t polish down to the cuticle. And don’t get me started about the pedi! No massage at all. She put some lotion on my shins and rubbed it in. Both services took less than an hour. I spent longer reshaping my nails in the parking lot! Wish I could give this place negative stars. Horrible nail salon! The girl is constantly on her phone! You constantly feel rushed! She doesn’t pay attention to what she’s doing! I have a slight fear of the sander machine that they use and EVERY OTHER nail spa I have been to has taken that into consideration and checked on me throughout the experience to make sure I was doing alright! Here however it seems they are just about the money they don’t care! Not to mention my nails are all different sizes! While I was in a woman came in from the day before and her nails were riddled with bubbles! I went home after my appointment and my nails are now doing the same thing! Just go to David’s Nail Spa! That’s where I normally go but I figured I’d try the since I was in the area getting my hair cut! Side note, if you want the colors they have in regular go to the dollar tree I used to work there and the owner goes there for the colors. That’ll save you the $25+ when you can go to the dollar store and spend $1

I’ve been going here for a couple years but after time & time again the waxing of eyebrows keep getting to look a mess, i’m done. Not to mention, after all the pedicures I’ve had here as well…my nails have gotten a fungus on them. They use the same gloves for everyone. I finally started to pay more close attention to their habits from one customer to another. I will never go back. I would simply go there out of convenience.
