Had a couple massage done, massage was ok, however both my husband and I are hurting in same spot this morning. I’d recommend removing the neck pillow before putting face down as your neck isn’t aligned with rest of body. And another complaint would be that the 2 therapist were more concerned about the time than actually worrying about our massages. They were also distracted by other clients coming through the front door.

The massage was fine, but when I asked if she had change for a $20 bill for a tip, she gave me $10 back and when I asked for the rest as I was going to tip her 15%, she refused and said my tip should be $10. I said I’d like to give her $6, (the total for the massage was $40.) She would not give me the money back.

Used to love this place until I found out they’ participate in sex trafficking. They were even busted in a sting operation and have since reopened their operation, still illegally operating. A “John” was turned away while 2 of us were there. Heartbreaking.
