I paid and tipped because that’s what one should do. Dont remember her name. I couldn’t even tell her how angry I was because it was the worst haircut I have ever got. With not being able to see once glasses were off and maybe assuming the cut wouldn’t be total garbage I do partly blame myself. After leaving also noticed the unevenness of the cut and how she pretty much gave me a bowl like cut on top only. Was also suppose to get my brows done (which they decided not to write down or mention…which is fine by me) but after this TERRIBLE cut and “style” she left me with. there was no way I was going to let anyone near them. But looks like others have had a wonderful experience so good for them and their stylists

I’ve been going to The Best Little Hair House my entire life! Mary, the owner, always does an amazing job and really listens to exactly what I want. She checks in throughout the cut and color to see if I like what I see and is so professional and friendly. The entire staff there is so wonderful. Melissa is always so sweet and helpful and the other ladies working are always so friendly and caring. I absolutely love going to get my hair done.

I specifically told the stylist NOT to bleach or lighten my hair and she put a lifting colorant in it. She then proceeded to take a walk-in as she was working with me and ended up burning my scalp! AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I went to several different hair stylists to trial bridal looks for my wedding and I was incredibly unhappy with each and every one. I booked an appointment with Jess, per a friend’s recommendation and I am SO happy that I did. She really listened to what I wanted and shared different ideas that she had as well. She was so thorough and took it step by step with my hairstyle throughout the process. She is SO truly talented. I absolutely loved my hair (so did my bridesmaids and mother, whose hair she also styled!!). I feel so grateful for her and her expertise. A few months after the wedding, I traveled back to the salon for a wash, cut and style. She again really surpassed my expectations and gave me a fabulous haircut! I got my hair and makeup done this past Saturday for my bestfriends wedding by Berlinda. She was absolutely AMAZING. So very kind and patient. I have never had my makeup done by anyone other then me so it was kinda difficult to get used to. But Berlinda made me feel very comfortable and at home. She did an amazing job as well, everything looked amazing and I loved it so much. I highly recommend this place!!! Will definitely go again!!!

Mary owner is VERY VERY unprofessional. Just left and going to a new salon to fix my hair, and the staff records you. I asked Mary for my money back as my hair is humiliating, and she said you got what you paid for. The salon I went to said this is unjustifiable for an owner to let you walk out of a hair salon like this. I will be taking them to small claims court for my $70 back. Here goes $100 to fix this mess she left me with.
