My style of work is considered more of a “Free Style”. Although I use different modalities and tools, my all-time favorite modality is a form of deep tissue: Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy. I also specialize in massage for headaches*, frozen shoulder symptoms *, and good old fashioned foot rubs. *Note that every body’s body and healing process is different.

The massage was just what I needed. Nesha was very professional and offered a selection of aroma therapy scents and even had heated sheets for her table. She hit all my problem areas and more and I almost fell asleep lol. It was nice not feeling obligated to purchase a membership right after the massage (kinda ruins the relaxed feeling) and her prices are VERY reasonable compared to other places.
