I am currently writing this review at 3am after experiencing the WORST hair appointment of my entire life. My appointment for sister-locks retightening was with hairstylist Tammy. I had booked her for 6:30 pm, and upon arriving at the scheduled time i was made to wait for 4 hours while she finished up her other customers. Because I was in desperate need, I decided to bite my tongue and wait my turn. Ms Tammy began working on my hair at 10:30 pm, and made some amazing progress until 2am. Unfortunately, my excitement of finally getting my hair done was shattered when I was removed from her chair so she could work on her 11:30 client. Keep in mind my hair was only half done then. She had decided to remove a client from her chair that had been waiting there since 6:30pm. No apologies or request to reschedule were made. I concluded that my business was not valued; so, I chose to leave with my half hair done and what was left of my pride. Suffice to say I will not be returning as a client. This experience really showed her lack of professional and just common human decency.

First visit was with Kim for my blowout with steam treatment. Second visit was with Ahzsa did my 20′ invisible flat/individual twists. Both were great handling my 4C hair and the styling was exactly what I had in mind. I’ll be back for sure!

I called and the young lady who answered was very pleasant and she gave me information so I could contact the person who specializes in faux loc. Let me tell you the person was very rude. Nope, not going there am taking my business elsewhere.
