Rika has been cutting my hair for about 10 years now and I would say she is gifted! If your are looking for a precision cutter than go to Rika. I have very fine hair and she understands how to cut it making it look fuller. Even when I had hair extensions in she did an perfect job cutting my hair. Finding a hairstylist is like finding a pair of jeans. Once you found the perfect fit u will never let it go. I totally recommend Rika and her prices are so reasonable.
