I love this place . They are very costumer focused very honest fair prices . I live a good 45 minutes away but it’s worth the drive . Gloria works magic on my daughter’s hair I have been to other salons I also worked in one. In my opinion there should be a Gloria at all Salons. My daughter has thick curly hair and when she walks out her hair looks like silk.She has also had color and cut I can honestly say it’s a Win Win situation .

I’m brand new to Best Kept Secret and I’m thrilled with Lori’s suggestions and cut. I have a ton of hair that is wiry and hard to manage with all my cowlicks. Its been 3 years since I have gotten my hair cut. I saw the reviews on google so I called and made an appointment. Its a small beautiful salon. It has such a welcoming feeling. I was greeted the minute I stepped in. Lori had me sit on her chair and I explained to her what I wanted done. The whole time Lori made me very welcomed. LOVE this salon!! I’m of mixed heritage and it’s always been challenging to find an affordable salon that KNOWS what they’re doing. Nicole took the time to listen to all my concerns and gripes about previous experiences and sought to exceed my expectations. The salon itself is quaint, cozy and clean. Lori and Sue were very friendly as well as the other patrons. I’m so delighted to have found a hidden treasure in my own back yard and look forward to the maintenance my hair deserves!
