I have gone to pricey salons where my haircut cost $50 to $80 and inexpensive ones which cost $25 to $35 . I have a layered hair cut which is more of a challenge . Poor customer service. Don treated my mom as if she didn’t understand English just because of her accent. We are both hijabi women and she acted as if accommodating for us was the most painful thing in the world. She was very racist and very inconsiderate and very very poor customer service. However other staff were so kind and advocated for our needs. But with Don’s rude remarks it was very hard for any of us to be heard.
