To start off, this place is awesomely terrific they’re so sweet & genuine! I come here to do my eyebrows they never disappoint me. best Hair Cut leaves my eyebrows super nice!! Last week I’ve done my lashes with someone who was starting off doing lashes I thought she would do great seeing all the girls in the pictures with nice lashes didn’t think the lashes would be a problem but eventually it was the lashes was irritating my eyes causing discomfort I couldn’t blink my eyes I immediately called best hair if they could remove them for me & they said yes ! When they said yes I felt a total relief the women from best hair cut in Novato who always does my eyebrows had said the women who did my lashes didn’t do a good job & that they had put to much lashes all together on my skin not on my actual lashes. After removing my lashes I felt a total excitement.. honestly the best salon in Novato CA.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have never been so disgusted by a result. I would give no star if it would be possible. I had a long hair, didn’t have hair cut because of covid. I asked for the mid neck length cut on the back. I have got a length of my hair less than half inch and practically shaved lower part. My neck was and is itching. The explanation was that I have pony tail for too long and she couldn’t handle my hair. She also complained that I have thick hair. Now I don’t have much left.
