Just paid for a full body massage here, definitely NOT what I got/paid for. Instead I got a half body massage with seems like a overly young male. He focused on my back and that was mostly it. My neck still hasn’t been massaged he barely touched my feet and never made it to my head. The front of me was not massaged. He attempted to do the back of my legs and was rather inconsistent with the pressure to the point that it felt like torture. When I brought it up to the lady at the desk she of course don’t speak much English so her daughter had to translate and there idea of a resolve is “oh don’t pay tip” just horrible and then had the nerve to say “see you next time”. If I could give a -0 I would.
