Just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new spa & I regret walking in there the other day. The receptionist Carrie was dismissive and short with me. I asked when the next time I can come for massage, she said we have no times this week sorry. Did not offer me other times to be seen. Rolled her eyes at me seemed to be bothered to help me. Bad experience will not try here again.

Consistently excellent skincare products. For many years I enjoyed their facials (oxygen is fab) and massages but now live far away. However, I am amazed that just using their products keep my skin so nice. I am not as young as my picture so we know how important it is to age well and a lot of that is the skin that covers us. I called Bonnie to ask her to ship more items for my stockpile and was telling her what a huge difference the products make for me to this day. She asked if I would write a review and I said, absolutely! Five stars!!!

I surprised my wife for our anniversary with a massage and a facial package. The entire process was very pleasant and easy. I called to book the appointment, complete the payment over the phone, informed them this was a surprise. I dropped my wife off, and when I picked her up after a couple of hours, she was in heaven! Apparently the staff was incredibly efficient, nice, and knew what they were doing. She couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved the place. So thank you and we’ll be back for sure!

I’ve been going to Best Face and Body now for many years and don’t go anywhere else. They take care of everything I need. I make my appts. at the last minute and am always very happy with everyone I have! I love the massages and feel all the girls are highly educated in all the procedure they do.
