I had fairly recently moved to Winter Haven and I was in a bit of a pickle because my head shaver had malfunctioned on me mid trim, and so I had what I considered to be the world’s worst mullet. Luckily I discovered Best Cuts to help me out of the situation, and figured if I was going to go in for a trim, I’d get a full straight razor shave as well to make myself feel better after this torture. Turns out that calamity was exactly what I needed. When you walk in you can see how good of a location this is. Everyone there is on top of thier game, and they made sure that I was set for everything to come. The shave and cut was well done, I felt invigorated afterwards. Art was also the best help with helping me find the best replacement to keep my shaved head smooth, getting a set of replacement gear that was identical to what they use in the shop, for less than what I was paying for it online. I was also introduced to other products, including the 1821 Man Made line of body wash, which is now my brand of choice. It’s everything you could really ask for in a barber shop, and I’m very happy that it’s where an otherwise crazy adventure ended up leading me. Can’t recommend them enough.

They should call this place NO CUTS because they don’t care if they cut your hair or not. I’m a repeat customer and came in on a Fri. afternoon with no customers in the shop. I asked for Kevin because he has cut my hair before. I was told he didn’t work there anymore. The owner Artie was on the phone and the other barber was sitting down eating. Artie gave me a hand motion to wait so I sat down. I assumed Artie was going to cut my hair after his phone call because the other barber looked like he was eating his lunch. After Artie got off the phone he just started talking to his friend. Now the whole time I’m sitting down and waiting no one speaks a word to me. I look over to where everyone is sitting and give a questioning look. Are you going to cut my hair or not? I had waited for at least 15 mins with no word from anyone. Again I am the only customer in the shop and they are not busy. I finally just stood up and walked out without anyone wanting to stop me. I guess Artie is making so much money now since he raised the prices he doesn’t care if repeat customers leave. Do yourselves a favor and find another barbershop. There are plenty others out there who will appreciate your business. I CAN’T believe how badly you can lie. You never spoke to me again after you told me kevin didn’t work there anymore. I’M sorry your daughter was in an accident but don’t you dare try and say what was in your response are the facts. IT never happened and you know it. You have always showed to be arrogant and now just proved it.
